Detecta Language Agency is currently recruiting native Dutch speakers for a remote code-switching conversational recording project.

This project focuses on collecting natural conversations where participants seamlessly switch between Dutch (native language) and English (secondary language). The collected data will be used to develop and improve multilingual AI and speech recognition systems.

Participants will record conversations in pairs, ensuring a natural dialogue flow while alternating between both languages in real-life scenarios.

Project Type
Code-switching recording, where speakers naturally alternate between Dutch and English within a single conversation.

Example Conversation
Participants are expected to switch languages naturally based on context during conversation.

Job Type

• Part-time
• Fully remote
• Flexible working hours
• Must complete assigned recordings within one week

Who Can Participate

• Native Dutch speakers (Netherlands-based preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to naturally switch between Dutch and English
• Non-native speakers will not be accepted

General Requirements

• Recordings must involve 2 participants (pair-based conversations)
• Dual-channel audio recording required
• Clean audio (no background noise)
• Each conversation duration: approximately 10 minutes
• Maximum recording per pair: 1 hour
• AI-generated voice is strictly prohibited
• Conversations should cover domains such as:

1. Banking
2. Healthcare
3. Travel
